The Guest Book has received a design update, plus a number of technical features are added to the Site.

December 23

Specifications for the corvette GALATHEA and survey ship GALATHEA is uploaded. 9 new ships are added to Today's Navy and a number of minor editorial updates are made to the Fleet Listings.

The Website is awarded The Golden Maritime Web Award and the Golden WebPage Award Of Excellence New Link Banner and Rules of Liability are added to the External Link Page.

The website is published in a completely new design.

New stories: The navy during the 2nd World War, Scuttling the Navy - August 29, 1943, The attack on NIELS IUEL - 1943 and TRITON commemorates H.M.S. HOOD.

The history Missile Incident off Northern Zealand (1982) is updated adding new information and pictures.

New sections on Naval Memorials and Danish Naval Research.

New Fleet Listings and a complete list of the Danish Naval Ships 1801-2001.

New Ships Specifications and Officers Biographies had been added. Naval Bibliography is updated.
